  As a realtor, customer service means a lot to me. I ordered an arrangement for a client I had just close to say thank you. I didn't know what type of arrangement or flowers I wanted, however, Alex was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She took the worry away from me, she put together the most beautiful arrangement of flowers, my client was extremely happy with the arrangement called me raving over it.
